- We take calls Monday-Friday 8:30-4:30, but are flexible with scheduling appointment times. We are closed on all major holidays and weekends. If there is an emergency on the weekend, there is a $100 additional fee. We do our best to accommodate requested appointment times, but we are not always able to accommodate same-day euthanasia appointments. We typically recommend contacting us at least 24-48 hours in advance for euthanasia appointments. However, we are able to do same-day pick-ups for our cremation service.
